Yooo-Hoooo is there anybody there......?

Oh my goodness talk about cobwebs! Hang on - I need to spruce the place up! Be back in a moment...............

Right, that's the floor swept, the cobwebs hoovered and the dust bunnies gone.

HELLO everyone! I haven't been here in blogland for a year - yes I am not joking - a year. It sure was dusty in here, I genuinely cannot remember how to do most of this - so if this is bad - don't hold it against me!

Speaking of not doing anything for a year, I haven't picked up my Graph'Its for that length of time either but when I was coerced into a wee stint as a Guest Design Team member, by my dear friend Scatty Jan who was egged on by Nikky, it wasn't very hard to say 'YES please - when do you want me?' Ha ha ha

So here I am - as a GDT for Graph'It Markers and for my first week, we are being sponsored by the fantabulous Polkadoodles! Extra bonus for me was that Nikky Hall had just released a new Christmas Collection - Winnie Winterland digi bundle - or you can find it here if you want the CD-Rom .

Had to use something from the new collection and I opted for the wonderful image of 'Frosty the Snowman'.

I made a 7x7 card after colouring in my lovely image.

I used the following markers:

Skin: 4105, 4125, 3105, 3110, 4135

Hair: 3105, 3110, 3150

Reds & Greens: 5210, 5215, 5220, 5245, 5280, 8130, 8150, 8180

Frosty: 9100, 9101, 9103, 2105, 2120, 2140

I used 9500's on the spots on Winnie's hat and the stool and box are same as hair

Lots of blender and some flowersoft snow. 

I used papers from the new collection, aren't they just lush? I added in some cute snowflake themed corner dies that I had to give some accent but I really wanted the focus to be my image. Heaven knows why, it's not like it's a masterpiece by any means but it's a start!!

Pity my poor wee Frosty is so blue, I ran over the whole image once coloured to give a 'mottled' effect - not 100% sure it worked but I kind of like it!
