D is for Dark..............

Hello there

Well here we are with our fourth challenge for the The Pencil Cases Challenge Blog - four already, where are the weeks going!!!

The Lyra Rembrandt Polycolour oil based range of pencils which I am colouring with, have been around for many years and are tried and tested Artist's Quality LIGHTFAST pencils which you will love as much as me!

This challenge we are sponsored by Melonheadz and there is a great prize to be won if you want to join in the fun with us, pop on over to the blog to check it out.!!

For this challenge I got to play with the great fun bundle Halloween String Beans and these are so much fun! I loved colouring these up.

I opted to make a stepped step card - as I thought their long legs would lend themselves well to the stepped card.

I used papers from the Polkadoodles Halloween Papers bundle 1 and 2, the pumpkins and sentiment is from this too, you can see the range here,

I coloured the characters with the following pencils:
Dracula:
skin; 32, 89, 92
hair; 95, 97, 99
Purples: 39, 38, 36
Blacks: 95, 97, 99
Tie: 33, 24

Witch:
skin: 32, 89, 92
Hair: 62, 61, 59
Dress: 39, 38, 36, 09, 13, 15
Hat: 95, 97, 99

Little Witch:
skin; 32, 89, 92
Hat & Dress: 70, 68, 67, 82, 83, 84

Big Mummy:
skin: 32, 89
wrap: 97, 95, 01
tie: 39, 36

Little mummy:
Skin: 32, 89
wrap; 95, 96, 84, 82
tie: 68, 74

I think it's kinda cute, what do you think?

Don't forget to pop on over to the main challenge blog to see what the rest of the team has been making!

Remember to take part it doesn't need to be pencils, any medium will do as long as it is hand coloured by you.

See you soon!
