She's a little darling.....

It seems working full time, preparing for Christmas and finishing off all my Christmas card orders showed that I am not a multitasker after all and something had to give, and sadly, I have neglected my blog.............ooops.

Well about 2-3 weeks ago I saw Little Darlings Stamps on my favourite shopping channel and I did the dying swan act at home and got my partner to buy me 4 stamps and then talked my dad into buying me another 4, all for Christmas, cunning plan!  Of course the downside was that I didn't actually get them until Christmas day....not so smart after all!

I have now discovered, through complete accident, that the amazing Krista Smith, who creates these beauties, has an online shop for digi images..........................HUGE mistake that I found this, as I immediately bought 'a few'.

Below is one of the images that I bought today, it has taken me longer than I usually take to colour the image and I can see the difference in my colouring and I hope that you do too. Of course, I am writing this at 3.45am so I may be sleep deprived.......or simply delusional :)

I have not made the image into a card as yet, but that is on my list for tomorrow and once that I have done that, I will post the finished sample.

Of course she is coloured in with my Spectrum Noirs (I now have the complete set including the extras!), and I have listed below the pens that I have used:
