A wee cutie today, again I have slipped back to Strawberry Kisses Christmas stamps and today it's 'Love You'. This image is just so cute, I love it and I love the big floppy Christmas hat the wee kittens wearing.
For this card I got a 6x6 card blank, which I covered with silver mirri card. I then got some nice red pearlescent card which I embossed with a papermania snowflake embossing folder. Then I added a simple red dotty ribbon, just to break up the background. I ran a piece of ivory centura cardstock through my Grand Calibur using the Floral Ovals die from Spellbinders.
I stamped my image onto Neenah cardstock using Memento tuxedo black and then coloured with my Sprecturm Noirs. I then cut round the image and mounted that onto the die cut shape. The stamp also comes with the sentiment, so again, I stamped onto the Neenah card and then coloured in with my Spectrum Noirs, then I used Scalloped Labels One from Spellbinders and ran it through the Grand Calibur. I added some red gems onto the centura card just for a wee bit of bling.
The pens I used to colour where: CR8, CR11, DR1, DR5, DR7, GB10, DG4, PP2, LG2 and IG2
Just a simple card really, but I think it's a cutie, I do hope you also like it!
