Hello there everyone!
It is Digi Choosday Challenge day and before we start, I want to announce the winner of my Anniversary Giveaway! Thank you all so much for taking the time to comment and leave such lovely messages, it was very much appreciated and so very nice of you.
Now I recognise that some of the comments were from my fellow teamies, so I excluded them from the count, not fair for them to win! Lol! I used Random Number Generator and the lucky number was 7 - so Lisa R you are my winner of the 'Love & Kisses' Digi Download Collection. You need to email me hun or PM me on Facebook so we can arrange to get you your FAB new collection! Well Done Lisa R!
Well that was lots of fun wasn't it! Ok, let's get back to business now!
So this week we are thinking about Ovals and we were asked to think Easter! Of course, I was thinking chocolate eggs before I finished the sentence, then I thought, well Easter isn't JUST about the eggs to some people. To some people it's a lot more and I thought I would like my project for this week to reflect that.
So I opted to make an oval card (using a trusty Grand Oval Spellbinder die) from Pearlescent cardstock.
I then used the FREE, yes people, the FREE Tatty Easter Paper bundle which you can get here. I opted to use the precoloured image of the Female Minister from the 'Love & Kisses' Collection. I then used two Spellbinder D'Lites dies, the Filigree Cross and Flower Garden (or something similar!).
A piece of dotty ribbon and all done. I liked the simplicity of it, I hope you do too!
To join in the fun with us, why not pop over to the main challenge blog and have a gander at the rest of the DT's inspiration and also see what you need to do to enter our challenges. You do NOT need to use Polkadooldes images.
That's all from me, I'll see you soon!!
Hugs
Yvonne
