All things Amethyst........................

Hi everyone

Well it's a new month and here I am with the inspiration post for the Graph'It Marker Colouring Crazy Challenge!! It's all about the colour purple this challenge and I for one LOVE purple, so I was very happy to do a colour challenge.

I made an 8x8 card and I chose to use an Aurora Wings image called 'Flower Ballerina' and she is just so beautiful. I have had this image for a while and I have seen some AMAZING colourings of her, but once again, I decided to bite the bullet and colour her myself. I'm not saying she's anywhere as near as good as i have seen, but I was immensely pleased with her.

Skin:  4120, 4155, 4170

Hair: 1210, 1230, 1270, 3110

Dress & Shoes: 6130, 6140, 6165

I used a paper from Maja Desin, Vintage Summer collection - which is a big deal for me as I have a wide selection of these papers but they are sooooooooooo pretty, I just take them out, stroke them and put them away again safe. This one I chopped up! I don't know how I will sleep tonight..........................

The die I cut out the image with is a Spellbinders and it is called Detailed Scallops and whilst still in the die I went over the edges with Milled Lavender Distress Ink.

The ribbon, flower ribbon, doily and flowers are all from my stash.
