Week 46 - Presents and Gifts...........

Hello there!!!

Well I am officially on annual leave from my job, so I am writing this on Sunday and for the first time, in a long long loooooong time, I am having a 'jammie day'. Yes that's right, it is 1:48pm and I am in my jim jams (yes, I have showered etc). I am almost at the point of full relaxation and dare I jinx it..................stress free.  Right let's move on before I get slapped back into reality!!!

This weeks challenge at Digi Choosday Challenge is 'Presents and Gifts'.  I immediately thought Christmas but there are a few of the girls in the team who have stayed Christmas free, which is why it is such a great thing we aren't all the same!

I decided for the challenge of 'Presents and Gifts' I would use an image with a present and I would make a tag to attach it to a gift. See what I did there? Yip..............genius (sniggers).

I opened 'Work & Play; Festive Hollibobs' which is a digi download collection or you can have this fab collection in CD-Rom.  I chose to use 'Tree Fun' and this week I opted for the precoloured image.  You can get this image as a black & white digi image, check it out here. 

I used a backing paper from the same collection and cut out some of the holly embellies to use.  I cut a Snowflake from a Tattered Lace die and glittered it. I cut a snowflake border which is a Memory Box dies and added it to the border.

Now I know I used a pre-coloured image but don't think my Grpah'It Markers were getting the day off - oh no - I coloured the ribbon with my Olive marker and had instantaneous matching ribbon.

I love it, I cannot wait to attach it to my niece's Christmas present - I just need to find something to buy for her!!
