Dog Days...............

Hello!

I hope everyone is enjoying the launch of the fab NEW Collection from Polkadoodles - 'Ruby'  You can see all the gorgeous new images by clicking on 'Ruby' above.

For today's card, I wanted to play with 'Ruby Dog Days' which you can see here as a precoloured image and here as a black & white digi.

I cut out the card shape on my Silhouette and the papers too. The papers are all from Winnie Celebration 3, which you can see here and here.

It's a ziggy zag card which I am absolutely sure has a proper name but I don't know what it is, and it's more fun to say ziggy zag.  I used a strong white linen card base and then folded as instructed by the Silhouette - no measuring, repeat no measuring. I matted onto a heavy weight purple card which I had in my stash. It's slightly pearlescent and I love it.

I coloured the gorgeous Ruby with my copic markers.

I used the following markers:

Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, E70

Hair: E31, E33, E35

Purples: V12, V15, V17

Jeans: B91, B93, B95, B97

Bag & Bow: RV10, R81, R83, R85

Shopping Bags: B000, B00, BG01, YG03, YG17, YG67

Boots: C0, C1, C3

Doggie: E21, E23, E25

The tag and the sentiment are wee added bits into a pocket and I thought that was kind of cute.
